By downloading, installing, or using the Akelny mobile application or website (collectively, “the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Akelny is a grocery price comparison service for Kuwait. The Service aggregates publicly available pricing information from major supermarkets and presents it in a unified format to help consumers find the best prices.

The Service also provides shopping list management, price history tracking, and deal notifications.

3. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date pricing information, Akelny does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any price data displayed in the Service. Prices are sourced from retailer websites and may change at any time without notice.

You should always verify the current price at the point of purchase. Akelny is not responsible for any discrepancies between displayed prices and actual in-store or online prices.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Use the Service to engage in any illegal activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or databases.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute the content or data from the Service for commercial purposes without our written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service or servers connected to it.
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use.

5. Shopping Lists and Shared Content

Shopping lists you create are stored locally on your device. When you share a list using the share feature, the list data is uploaded to our servers and accessible via a unique link.

You are responsible for any content you share through the Service. Shared lists are accessible to anyone with the link and are not password-protected.

6. Intellectual Property

The Akelny name, logo, and original content (including but not limited to the app design, UI elements, and original text) are the property of Akelny. Product names, brand names, and store names referenced within the Service are trademarks of their respective owners.

Pricing data displayed in the Service is sourced from publicly available information and is presented for informational purposes only.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee that prices displayed will match actual retail prices.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Akelny shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or savings, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for using the Service (which is zero, as the Service is free).

9. Third-Party Content and Links

The Service may contain links to retailer websites or other third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of any third-party websites. Clicking on external links is at your own risk.

10. Modifications to the Service
